- Important: all our partners (hostels and budget hotels) are located close to the Oktoberfest fairground or the main railway station (max. 5.1 km from there) . The camping site “The Wiesncamp' is about 10 km from Oktoberfest.

We can fill in the check in form for you so that you just have to show your pass, sign the form and get your key. Just email us before arrival to have more information

We will then also email you a pdf-receipt within 72 hours. The accommodation voucher and other travel documents will be sent to you per email at least 7 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation conditions: By written cancellation till the 1st of june 2011, we would reimburse 50% of the amount paid for the online confirmed booking. After the 1st of june 2011, no reimbursement.
