Jaeger’s is back after a thorough refurbishment in 2009 and now looks better than ever.

Newly done up double and singe rooms comlpiment rooms for small groups and the 40-bed dorm in the basement.

Of the smaller rooms some are mixed and some are women only.

The 40-bed dorm is actually the first place I stayed when I arrived in Munich in 2006. It can be noisy, but it’s segmented so it’s not as bad as it sounds. There’s a laundry downstairs, internet for €1 per 20min and no curfew.

The refurbishments, bar, pool table and friendly staff still rack up points from me.
